Yes, it is possible. However, since we will be advertising your property for instant bookings online, it is advised to let us know of the dates you are planning to visit in time.
2. How can i trust you?

With full transparency you will be involved as much as you want to be involved, being able to check your apartment's availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the screen of your private computer or phone anywhere in the world you are.
3. How much revenue should i expect?
There are many variables before knowing how frequently your property will be chosen from guests to rent. Location: is it near the sea?, Property condition: is it fully renovated? is it modern or old? View: does it have a sea view? Facilities and comfort, building etc. We can arrange for a free viewing of the property you own or are looking to buy and then we can be more precise on our estimate on your revenue.
4. Can you help me find a property to invest?
We are not a real estate office and therefore we cannot guarantee to be able to instantly find you property. However, more often than not, many opportunities fall into our hands and if we have your inquiry then we will help you get in contact with the seller.
5. I have an apartment in a good location but i cannot afford to renovate it. Can we cooperate?
First we will view and evaluate your property. If we come to a conclusion that a cooperation will be of a benefit for both parties then we can secure you finance for the renovation and we will be deducting your earnings until the renovation finance is paid.
6. How often will i be receiving my payments?
